An interesting collection. As someone who had to look up B2B in wikipedia two hours ago in a different context, this set was a nice alternative definition of what the field is about.

    1. Full Body Exercises

To bulk muscle quick the body needs to generate new cells to repair the torn muscle tissue. Full body exercises are great because they incentivize the body to produce more of these reconstructive cells every time you exercise.

Examples of great full body exercises are: dead lifts, weighted lounges and Barbell squats. All this exercises involve all three main muscle groups in your body: legs, core and arms.

Since your legs are the largest muscles in your body, they are extremely important to target when implementing a quick muscle building workout.

Full body exercises are also a great way to stabilize and strengthen your core muscles. Core muscles are very important as well because a stronger core, will give you the ability to lift more with less chance of injury.

    2. Explosive Movements

Once your core muscles are strong enough, your workouts should focus on explosive movements. An example of this technique is the following: when performing a dead lift, focus on going up with force and speed. When going down on the dead lift try to do the total opposite, lower your body slowly until you reach your limit, stop for 1 second to eliminate momentum (explained below) and then explode back up again.

This type of movement, should only be performed however when you already have mastered the exercised at normal speed and with perfect form. By performing all exercises in your workout in an explosive fashion you will demand more growth and strength from your body.
