Ever since we launched Scoop.it we’ve been amazed by the quality of the feedback you gave us. It feels great to have such an engaged community of motivated users willing to share their views on how the product should evolve.

Some of you wanted to go further into the edition options. It’s now possible to:
Sources
At the beginning, our suggestion engine crawled content from Twitter, Youtube and Digg: it was not enough for some of you. And you were listened! That’s why we added 3 news sources: Google News, Google Blog Search and Google Video. And that’s not all, more new sources of content are coming!
Topic reading and discovery
Scoop.it is still very focused on curators as we want to offer them the best publishing tool to express themselves on their favorite topics. Developing Scoop.it as a Topic reader and enable users to discover topics is important to us and you’ll see us address that in the future with innovative stuff. However, we already did the following to take your ideas into account:

Identifying and connecting with people sharing the same interest is in the very heart of Scoop.it. With that in mind, we developed features you requested to stimulate interactions, including:
